- Delivery across IndonesiaWe send by courier, and you get the tracking number as soon as your parcel goes out.
- PaymentYou pay at checkout in our Shopee store. Ordering through Instagram instead? We'll explain how to pay when we reply.

Ask us on WhatsAppReady stock and pre-orders
- Ready stock is with us in Indonesia and goes out once your payment is confirmed.
- Everything else is pre-order, ready to ship in about 3 weeks: we order it from MARLMARL in Japan for you. Delivery to your address is arranged after it reaches us.
- You pay in full when you order.
- If a piece turns out not to be available, we refund it in full within 2 business days.
- If a pre-order piece hasn't reached us within 5 weeks, you choose: keep waiting, or a full refund within 2 business days.
- These rules apply to orders through Instagram; orders on Shopee follow Shopee's terms.
Delivery
- We send by courier across Indonesia. Ready stock goes out once your payment is confirmed; pre-order pieces once they reach us from Japan.
- The delivery fee depends on your address: Shopee shows it at checkout, and if you order through Instagram, we tell you in our reply.
- Once your parcel goes out, you get its tracking number.
Payment
- Ordering on this website isn't open yet. Meanwhile, you can order on Shopee or message us on Instagram.
- On Shopee, you pay at checkout; prices there are higher because they include the marketplace's fees.
- Ordering through Instagram? We'll explain how to pay when we reply to your message. Nothing is charged on this website.
- If anyone other than @marlmarl.id asks you to pay, please check with us first.
Sizes
- Each product carries the measurements and the age range we have for it.
- On clothing, a size like 80 or 90 is the child's height in centimetres, as Japanese brands size their clothes. Ages are a guide: compare them with your child's own measurements.
- Unsure? Tell us the age and height before you order and we'll help you choose.
Returns and exchanges
- We can't take a piece back for a change of mind or a size that doesn't fit, so please ask us anything before you order.
- If we send the wrong piece, or it arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video. We'll replace it, or refund you in full within 2 business days.
